Indosat (lengkapnya PT Indosat Tbk.) adalah salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa telekomunikasi dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini menawarkan saluran komunikasi untuk pengguna telepon genggam dengan pilihan pra bayar maupun pascabayar dengan merek jual Matrix, Mentari dan IM3; jasa lainnya yang disediakan adalah saluran komunikasi via suara untuk telepon tetap (fixed) termasuk sambungan langsung internasional IDD (International Direct Dialing), serta jasa nirkabel dengan merk dagang StarOne Perusahaan ini juga menyediakan layanan multimedia, internet, dan komunikasi data (MIDI= Multimedia, Internet & Data Communication Services)

Pada Februari 2013 perusahaan telekomunikasi Qatar yang sebelumnya bernama Qtel dan menguasai 65 persen saham Indosat berubah nama menjadi Ooredoo dan berencana mengganti seluruh perusahaan miliknya atau dibawah kendalinya yang berada di Timur Tengah, Afrika dan Asia Tenggara dengan nama Ooredoo pada tahun 2013 atau 2014. Sementara Indosat dalam siaran persnya menanggapi hal ini belum memutuskan akan mengubah nama dari Indosat menjadi Ooredoo atau tidak, karena menganggap nama Indosat telah memiliki "hubungan" dengan pelanggan.

1. VAC4919 - System/ Application Development Expert - Mobile Advertising IMX

Field : General Management

Job Role:

The role will be placed at IMX (Indonesia Mobile Exchange), a subsidiary of Indosat for Mobile Advertising.

Responsible for translating any software requirements into workable programming code: design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of the application, for 3rd party integration requirement for any related platform, M-ads’ platforms and any custom product development. TTM (Time to Market) Project Management from design phase until product launching is included in this role.

Area of Responsibilities:

1. Application Design:

1. Functional Requirement Analysis &Technical impact assessment
2. Identify resources allocation for application development, and estimating time and cost
3. Design custom application
4. Give advise on best-fit technologies and best practice to Business Analyst

2. Application Development:

1. Designs and develops user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout SDLC
2. Completing programming using languages and software products
3. Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
4. Integration & Testing
5. Migration to Production Environment
6. Release / version update management. Performs regular updates and recommends improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering
2. Minimum 7 years of experiences in Mobile Application development

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Indonesian
2. IT Project Management
3. Application Development knowledge : HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, PHP

2. VAC4921 - Business Compliance & Process Officer - Mobile Financial Services

Job Role:

This position will be responsible for :

1. Supporting e-money regulation implemented in Indosat Dompetku including maintaining customer’s profile data.
2. Support creating & maintaining Level 2 & level 3 business process.
3. Bridging to other unit or group regarding to fulfill process in line with e-money regulation.
4. Maintain collaboration with MFS team & other unit involved
5. Reporting

Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with engineering or management background
2. 2+ years of experience in compliance & business process
3. Work in financial services company or telecommunication company for at least 2 to 3 years at the same level

2. Having experience in Fraud Management, Revenue Assurance, Risk Assessment, IT/System security or related area are preferable

2. To explore new fraud detection &analysis approach for  other similar case possibility & newfraud trend with objective enhancement detection

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Network or related
2. Telecommunication / IT / Network / Information Security are preferable

Experience:
